Description
VGA Glow renders a mirrored plasma, likely via Perlin noise, and then color cycles the image.
VGA Glow was open source according to its documentation, but I've been unable to find its source code. Likely a result of it only being uploaded to a single BBS, Dr. Sned's RBBS in San Mateo, FL.

VGA Glow (Windows DOSBox edition):
The MS-DOS version compatible with Windows via DOSBox.
VGA Glow would normally generate a single image and reuse it when restarted. Here it's configured to generate a new pattern with each run. Use "VGA Glow Loop.bat" to run it repeatedly, generating a new pattern each time, exit the loop via ctrl-F9.
